What is the best place to download free music without having to install anything approaching limewire?

I don't know where you can travel to get free downloads (so that you can make your own CD) but I do know a couple places where on earth you can LISTEN to your own play lists.
On myspace, go to myplaylist.com and you can net your own list of songs that you can pull up and listen to whenever you want. (You'll enjoy to have a myspace account though).
Also, if you download ITUNES you can listen to the "Radio" stations for free. ITUNES have tons of radio stations in lots of categories (rock, r & b, jazz, country, pop, etc.)
Personally, the best place is Ares. Ares is better than Limewire because it doesn't give you half-downloaded songs. Also it give you plenty of sources to download from. Sometimes, the popular ones are not always the good ones. Another leeway is torrents. They're very good but you'll entail a BitTorrent downloader first. I would have given y ou the site to download it from but I've forgotten it.

Its almost impossible to find websites that you can download music on withou getting virus.
I really recommend bear share,i've downloaded millions of songs and nevery had any problem,it just takes a few minutes to download and install,and doesent take much room on your computer.
Also,its unforced,if you whant to put the music you have downloaded onto a phone or onto itunes you just drag and drop the folder in your desired destination once its downloaded!
