Well I'll start by saying that I be in Lisbon for the whole month of July and never saw an American Sports lump! Most bars are located in "Bairro Alto" and they play Electronic, Fado or Brazilian music. They're pretty cool though. You might want to check out this one call Mezcal, i think it's the cheapest one in adjectives Lisbon.
You can also get great drinks at "As Docas, Lux or this place called Chapito by "Castelo de Sao Jorge"-- Great Atmosphere at adjectives of them.

Places you shouldn't miss -- Tower of Belem, Monasterio dos Jeronimos, Castelo de Sao Jorge, A ride on an electric car ( # 28 - is great ) , A walk within Alfama, Bairro Alto, Elevador de Santa Justa.

Lisbon is a great city to walk in, it's nature of hilly , so wear comfortable shoes and have a great time.
