Whats the best caring of place to devour out at if u follow a intensely close natural diet?

I need to follow a close healthy diet within order to control my acne (im 25 and still get bothered by it!) Its usually only in the forehead and my health practitioner told me that from ur liver one overtoxified. Its hard trying to eat out strong now a days but im trying to also live a normal natural life and go out to eat near my girlfriend and friends. Any suggestions on good places that dont particularly use hygrogenated oil and stuff? I live in Ma. as well. Thanks
