(women only) What would be the best time and place to be approached?
This is (i think) the most critical part of finding a woman. if a woman is not looking to be approached then she may put her guard up when i happen. so what is the best time, place ( basically what vision do you have) to be approached.

I guess when she is out at a bar or jamboree. I wouldn't actually mind being approached anywhere.. It could be at the supermarket, when she's out walking her dog... etc As long as she doesn't look flustered and within a rush I think you can approach anyone anytime, but when girls are at bars or at a group it is more common that they are looking to approached other than only not minding it.
