Where is the best place to move my lcd monitor?
where shall i move my monitor in a dimness place or a bright place !!? which one will be better and why? thank you very much peace

Dark, same reason looking at a phone screen surrounded by the sun is hard to do.
For robustness reasons, you'd be better off have some light around you. Your eyes need some table lamp while focusing on any monitor.
I really can't see the point of your press. I would have thought you would put it in a position that be comfortable for you personally. There is no right or wrong position.
I mean for instance we know nought of your eyesight or where it is in relation within to where you are sitting. Whether your in a windowless underground room or sitting in a sun lounge!

It's better to put a monitor in a place that's for a while darker if you have a choice. That make it easier for your eyes to focus on the monitor without distractions--your eye tends to want to focus on the brightest entry that isn't uncomfortably bright.
It's not a great idea to look at a monitor at full brightness in a poorly lit room. You may want to reduce the brightness of the monitor if the room's completely dark. But it's not similar to in the old days when everyone said you should never see TV in a dark room. Today's LCD monitors are abundantly easier on the eyes for a lot of reasons (for one point, they don't flicker like CRTs do), so that's not as much of a risk.
Also, place it so that light from lamp and windows can't reflect stale of it. That causes glare, making it harder to see the display and effectively reducing the contrast. This lead to headaches. It's best to point it away from a window, or at lowest place it at 90 degrees to the window.
