Where is the best place or tool to cram this?

So one of the things I want to be able to be confident in is my Spanish. I speak okay.. but I can't really hold an contained by depth conversation.
What are the best tools to learn Spanish? Watch tv ...read it? I don't have anybody really that I can hold a convo next to ...so keep that in mind.
