im getting ym belly button pierced tomrrow, and my 18 yr old brother is taking me.
i live in ohio, right outside of cleveland, so anywhere around within that wont be an issue for my brother to sign..

oh and if i play basketball and soccer now, getting it pierced and playing wont hurt it or make it spill out out will it ?

Your brother is not your legal guardian he can't take you,and you probably are no where on earth near the set age of when you can get a piercing beside parental consent. Just wait until you are 18 it's not that difficult.
