[UK] What is the best and cheapest place or site..?

...To buy horse tack, rider clothing etc? And if you could also help; where is the best place to buy used/second foot good quality saddle and bridles?

As I am getting my first horse and my dad insists I pay for some myself - He will obviously clear for feed etc. But as a stubborn herdsman, he is hoping i will find everything reasonably priced. And most feasible he will then pay. I do own lb5,000 inheritance. [By the way I do realize how much I will have to wages for a farrier, vet, worming, etc]
I used to ride from 4 till I was 13, in curriculum and riding neighbors horses, helping with mucking out and grooming. Since then I enjoy rode at some of my friends, and have always needed a horse.

I have spent hours looking, but then I don't really know what is logically priced for some stuff. And what hat i should get.. so on.

I know that Equestrian Clearance has very average prices! Another thought would be to search certain products on Google (shopping) to compare prices.
