Where is the best place to move to for your mid twenties?

NY seems so expensive and the little apartments would kind of suck. DC I judge would get old after a while and also is pretty expensive. Where is fun...have things to do and a decent singles crowd?

NY is expensive but you set off it out by not paying for a car, gas and auto insurance. It is a great place to experience when your young and free. Boston is another great city!
Try the west coast. San Diego is really nice if you resembling the beach and downtown is always a blast, so is los Angeles, great clubs and what not.

i prefer the outdoors though the cities i would choose would be portland, oregon; seattle, washington and denver---these places always appear on "best places to live" lists
