Where on my body is the best place to receive a tattoo?
Considering that you will regret getting it when you're older, I would suggest somewhere where you can't see it.
Or better but, resist the urge to get one and just don't. Keep your skin and body verbs and beautiful- don't defile it and mark it up.

a safe place is on your back or legs, since those areas can be covered.
It depends on what you are getting and where you work or jump to school. For a first tattoo, I'd recommend getting it somewhere you can easily put by (back, shoulders, legs, etc). I have a very sizeable tattoo on my upper back that I can show off next to a halter top if I'm going out or hide with a regular t-shirt if I'm going to work (my boss doesn't allow evident tattoos). Just make sure it's a design you really like within a place that makes sense on your body before you attain it.
