Where is The best place to live contained by the North West are (Montana, Idaho, North or South Dakota?

My so to be husband and myself Want to start a new life. I am from Iowa And he is from the East coast and We want to dance somewhere new. We have money to start a New existence I just need somewhat help Where to go.

Well, I live surrounded by North Dakota, and its not a bad palce to live at all. We do hold cold winters and hot summers but its almost like everywhere else.
