I want to cram Jui Jit Sui, I live surrounded by Milpitas/San Jose, where on earth would be the best place to swot?

It really depends on how far you want to travel and what you will accept as viable. I trained at Shamrocks for a moment or two while before travel and family get in the way. Great Facility and blended art form vrs straight Jui Jitsui. I believe he call it "Shamrock Submission Fighting". Allot of the same holds ie: Arm Bars, Triangle's, Neck Cranks, Chokes, leg locks and lets not forget the Shamrock Ankle Lock. Plus you will benefit from a great stand up program as powerfully.
If you want to travel there are actual Gracie Jits centers in the Concord and Brentwood area's. A great American Kick Boxing Gym surrounded by San Jose that does some ground work as well.
I currently train at MMA Jacked in Livermore, nearby Jits is pretty solid and once a month Jake Shields teaches the class. They have some guys who trained and sparred near Mirco Cro-Cop and Chuck Lidell.

The gyms I know of are American Kickboxing academy in San Jose and Cung Le's gym surrounded by milpitas. Both are excellent choices.
We highly recommend Dave Camarillo. You are very lucky to live essential where he teaches.
Dave is a world class judoka and BJJ competitor. He is one of the most respected grappling coaches contained by the world.
He teaches out of AKA in San Jose, which is close to Milpitas. He is the grappling coach for various of the top MMA competitors. His book Guerilla Jiu-Jitsu and his DVD Position Impossible are excellent.
