Where is the best place to smooth up gfs surrounded by ff8?
I need a quick path to level up my Gfs I don't need to attain my characters levels up just Gfs.

You can't do that, if want to smooth up your GFs, you must level up both GFs and characters.
But KO 2 party member and only 1 character will gain EXP.
The best height up point is on the island closest to heaven and on the island closet to hell.
